Outerwears pull-starter cover.
Protects the flywheel and pull starter against pebbles and dirt.
The supplied Velcro strip (high quality Velcro) is simply glued around the pull starter. Then the cover is pushed over it and attached. The cover is extra reinforced at the exit of the drawbar cord so that it does not wear. Comes with a clear manual.
