FG8485/05 Differential adjustable locking 2WD, Set.

Pay in three parts of €47.30 with
Aluminum Locking differential for 2WD models.
Suitable for all FG 1/5 and 1/6 2WD on-road models.
The amout of locking is from the outside from 0 to 90% adjustable.
The output shafts are ball-beared, the housing is sealed with O-rings so that the grease or silicone oil remains in the diff.
It is important that the output shafts are lubricated before assembly with Molykote grease TPS0230. Furthermore, after a long time the play between the gears can be filled up again by steel spacer discs FG8495.
Suitable out shafts:
For a locking effect different thicknesses of silicone oil can be used. The quantity, as well as the thickness, determine the amount of lock. This set is supplied as a kit to build.
FG8505 is a handy tool for mounting the internal gears.
