Tuning crank shaft for Zenoah Falcon3 Tuning engines
This crankshaft is balanced and the pins are polished to ensure a perfect fit.
Standard crankshafts can have a minimal deviation and tend to get stuck in the bearings of the mentioned engines, (especially with two bearings on the clutch side). As a result, the entire crankshaft cannot center properly, so that the engine does not run for max performance and even the piston can get stuck in the cylinder.
The pins on which the bearings sit are polished so that this can certainly no longer happen. The balancing is of course very important for the maximum power of the motor and prevents excessive vibrations.
