VRC tuning side exhaust HPI Baja VRC8024
This VRC side exhaust is the new version of the VRC8003 that has been in production for a number of years. Because of the new engines with more power, it was time to make a new version.
This Victory RC exhaust also guarantees a considerable power gain throughout the speed. In general, the power of a standard engine is increased by more than 1 HP, and the pulling power increases by more than 1 Newton meter. Suitable for engines from 23 to 30.5 cc
Each pipe is made of thin sheet material, rolled and bent and the parts put together with a mold and welded entirely by hand! This VRC exhaust is available with an internal silencer and consists of several chambers. The very pleasant Race Sound and its volume can be compared to that of a souped-up scooter. There is also an undamped version available for the real "Sound" enthusiast.

Mounting tip; Slide the rubber hose over the exhaust, slide the manifold in and secure the spring with the spring puller TPS0390, and then mount the assembly hand-tight on the cylinder. Once you're sure it's in place, secure the pipe and fit the cable ties over the hose. Our advice is to use the self-adjusting clamps TPS6403/32 as a replacement for the cable ties.
It often seems that the exhaust does not fit, but this is not the case. In the beginning there was a tight fit of bend and exhaust, but due to the vibrations it happened that especially the cylinder that was attached with 2 bolts, and/or the exhaust started to tear. Since a few years, the fit has been made wider to prevent this. But this does mean that the exhaust can move more and this only has advantages during assembly. Due to the strong spring, the exhaust pulls in one direction, so it seems that the exhaust does not fit.
PS. Exhaust fits the normal configuration of the mentioned models!
NB! VRC exhausts cannot be returned and/or exchanged due the possible rust building after handling/unpacking!
